This site is an unofficial history of General Electric's participation
in the two-way radio business. It is not connected
with, or authorized by the General Electric Company which is no longer
in this business. The name General Electric and the
GE logo which appear on many pages are the property of the
General Electric Company. Scanned copies of many old GE
mobile radio related publications appear on the site as required to
present the history of the company in mobile radio communications.
Their appearance on this sight does not negate any copyrights or place
them in the public domain.
The site is an independent non-profit endeavor, a research
project attempting to document GE's radio
communications
history. As a non-profit research project Fair Use of any
copyrighted material is claimed under Fair Use provisions of Section
107 of Title 17 United States Code (The Copyright Statute).
If you, as a copyright holder, find some of you copyrighted material on
the site your indulgence is requested. However, if
presented with a valid copyright complaint which does not fall under
the Fair Use provisions I will remove any offending material.
